Payment: Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Production of the mask will not begin until full payment has been received.
Manufacturing Time: Manufacturing time for masks varies from 60 to 70 days from the date of sale. Please take this into account when placing your order.Shipping: Once the mask is completed, it will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided.
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personal nature of latex masks and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
